Offensive subjects: None. It might be a good idea to check in with me before adding sexual content to a thread with Hisoka, but I don’t mind it personally.

Hugging this character: Yes, but it will probably result in someone getting smacked upside the head and/or a minor panic attack on Hisoka's part.
Kissing this character: Same as above, only more dramatic.
Flirting with this character: Please do, if only so he can be irate about it. Overtly sexual flirtations will get an overwhelmingly negative response.
Fighting with this character: Yes, he probably deserves it sometimes.
Injuring this character: Yes, but please plan anything involving torture with me first.
Killing this character: No, but I'd be more than happy to play out either grievous wounding or apparent death.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it.
Warnings: Hisoka has a history of being abused, sexually assaulted, and brutally murdered. This isn’t likely to ever come up except, potentially, with his god and/or castmates, but I’ll be sure to discuss ahead of time.

Empathy: Hisoka's empathy is powerful to the point that he prefers to avoid crowds and physical contact with other people as he could easily be overwhelmed. Generally, he's able to read the emotional state of other people, but can also able to pick up thoughts. However, it can be physically painful for him to do so. He also has some sense of clairvoyance, sometimes able to 'read' objects to obtain impressions of events or emotions that occurred in their vicinity.
Generally, unless it's relevant to something that he thinks is important, he keeps these things to himself and won't act on the information.
I'm more than willing to be flexible about this! I'm happy to make necessary arrangements to make other players comfortable, so please let me know what your preferences are here.
